Eligibility for Returns
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a video of the unboxing process. This video must:
- Start with the tracking number of the parcel.
- Show the parcel in a 360-degree view before opening.
- Be continuous—no pauses or holds.
- Clearly display any damages. If damage is not visible in the video, your claim will not be accepted.
Important Guidelines
- Single Video Requirement: Only one video showing the entire unboxing process will be accepted.
- Courier Damage: Please note that any damage occurring during transit is not the responsibility of BigFreshy.com. Ensure to inspect the parcel before accepting delivery.
- Immediate Action: Kindly send the unboxing video immediately after delivery to facilitate your return request.
How to Return Your Item
- Record the Video: Follow the guidelines mentioned above for the video.

- Refund Process:
- Once we receive your video and verify the claim, we will process your refund in orignal payment source with in 7-10 working days if it is deemed genuine.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
